Shipping Info

All orders are processed and shipped in 5-7 business days unless it's express mail via the carrier chosen during checkout. 

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once shipped out. Order confirmation and tracking information are sent automatically via email. 

Curbside Pick Up

We offer curbside pick up Tuesday through Sunday 12pm-5pmc PST. Please choose pick up option at check out. To coordinate, please contact us using the form below. 

Return Policy

All items purchased in the WAX LA Shop are FINAL SALE and can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Defective or damaged items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you must contact us within 14 days of the original purchase, send us an email at info@waxla.com and send your item to: 7922 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, Ca 90046.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping high-value items:
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
